Dr. Chelsea Greenberg, originally from Kansas, graduated from veterinary medical school at the
University of Missouri in 2001. Following veterinary school, Dr. Greenberg completed a small animal internship program at Oklahoma State Boren Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital. From there, she completed her masterʼs degree and medical oncology residency at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Dr. Greenberg then became a clinical assistant professor for the Purdue University Comparative Oncology Program. Her duties included instructing veterinary students, interns, and residents, while developing an oncology clinical trials service at the teaching hospital. She also started a part-time oncology practice at Indianapolis Veterinary Specialists. After her duties in Indiana, Dr. Greenberg moved west to a private referral practice in the Denver area before joining our team. She currently resides in Salt Lake and enjoys most winter sports including ice hockey and snow skiing as well as camping and hiking with her 2 dogs Red and Dekken. Drs. Greenberg and Simmons also have 3 cats as part of their family, Biscuit, Deano, and Mozart.
